You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Bespoke signs are non refundable unless there is an error on our part.

In the unfortunate case there are any damages to your order, we will either refund/replace the damaged signs.

Please advise us of any damages within 24 hours upon receiving your parcel, we would need photos of the packaging and damaged signs.
